Started medication - low readiness
I started an anxiety medication 2 weeks ago, and ever since then my readiness scores have been consistently low. Previously I averaged 80-90, now I average 55-70. Does anyone have a similar experience? Does it get back to normal with time or is it worth noting to a doctor?
